As International Key Account Manager (IKAM) (f/m/d) Materials & Commodities at STILL you will be part of an unbeatable team. Your tasks:
You are independent responsible for international tenders and framework agreements, including all relevant stakeholders on the customer and STILL side
The establishment and continuous development of resilient and constructive relationships with all important stakeholders and decision-makers for defined key accounts is your focus
As well as the continuous proactive assessment, clarification and validation of the specific needs and requirements of those key accounts
You act as a central interface for all relevant functional areas within the STILL organization (including national key account, service, pricing, management, etc.)
You drive the realization of assigned goals for profitable sales volume as well as strategic goals and you are responsible for a customer development plan (CDP) for the targeted control of sales activities
You will focus on development measures that best meet customer needs (e.g. automation, digitalization, energy and security)
Your qualifications:
You have a degree in business administration, engineering or a comparable qualification and a strong background in key account or project management
Your strong knowledge of the B2B sector and preferably of conveyor technology is a great advantage
Thanks to your previous experience, you can convince us of your sales experience and negotiation skills, have very good analytical thinking skills and follow a structured approach
Ideally, you already have experience with customers in Materials & Commodities
Your excellent intercultural experience in international projects and a high level of teamwork skills are a given for you
We assume that you have business fluent English skills, both spoken and written
You can expect a travel activity around 60% per week, mainly in Europe
