The Human Resources Consultant (HRP) is a key partner within a specific business unit, responsible for implementing HR processes based on the HR calendar and provides consultancy to managers on HR related issues.

What will your job look like?

  • Provide HR consultancy to the management team
  • Create the HR strategy and build work plans using standard methodologies to promote business goals.
  • Proactively support top talents and key roles, being the focal point for employees on HR consultation such as performance, development etc.
  • Promote leadership skills, performance improvement and professional development to people managers and provide advice on employee experience issues and special requests.
  • Lead HR activities, serve as SME and routinely perform ongoing organization analysis and implement organizational change programs driven by business needs and challenges.
  • Develop and facilitate team building programs, in collaboration with the relevant business partners, working to define learning and development programs.
  • Support the managers with preparing and implementing communication plans as well as leading internal communication of changes and new initiatives.
  • Keep close to the employees and identify areas for intervention and support, promoting Amdocs Values and Code of Ethics.
  • Travel to sites to meet with employees and management.

All you need is...

  • Degree in Social Science or Behavioral science. MA in HR will be considered an advantage.
  • Demonstrable experience in HR preferably in a dynamic, high paced global/international service environment with practical knowledge in the areas of employee management & relations, reward, employment law, OD and employee development.
  • Be a mature teammate who is able to work in support of and collaboratively with all levels.
  • Excellent English, other language such as Russian or German (advantage)
