• You develop and implement the product strategy and roadmap for our PEM electrolyzers and stacks together with your team.
• You drive product-related decisions and shape an innovative, world-leading product portfolio, based on your understanding of the industry, customer requirements, and market trends.
• You lead a team of motivated and highly skilled product managers, supporting them in achieving their goals and in their ongoing development.
• You take up a key role in executing the company’s overall strategy, as part of the leadership team. Your communication skills will build bridges between different departments and functions.
• You take ownership for the economic success of our product portfolio, as acting as an entrepreneur within the company.
• You oversee and further develop the product development process, from idea generation to launch, and post-launch evaluation.
• You guide our products through their complete lifecycle together with your team. This includes supporting the sales team by providing the necessary information and tools, as well as collaborating closely with other departments such as engineering, marketing and operations.
• You identify and validate product and market requirements for existing and future products based on sales, market, and competitive analyses.

• You own an excellent degree in engineering, business or a related field.
• You are well-versed in product management and development.
• You have solid work experience in one of these areas: Renewable energies, power plants, refineries, gas handling or plant engineering.
• Technical understanding of electrolysis or fuel cell technology is highly desired.
• You have a track record in leadership and team development.
• You demonstrate exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are fluent in German and English.
