The MONTBLANC HAUS, opening in May 2022, is about history as much as it is about the present and the future. It is about people who have left their mark in the world. About those who follow in their footsteps and about those who do not follow any path, only their own intuition. It is about everyone who has inspired, is inspired and will inspire. About the instruments to put such inspiration to paper. Exhibition spaces, a boutique, a café, the brand archive, writing ateliers and other spaces create different visitor experiences all centering around writing and the brand.

For this journey, we are looking for a new colleague who will join us as soon as possible (full time, 35 hours). This position is based in Hamburg and it will require working during weekends.

How you will leave your mark:

  • You are an ambassador for our Maison, promote awareness of brand image internally and externally and you will create memorable arrival and departure experiences for all our guests
  • Conduct Montblanc Haus visitor tours including occasional tours of facilities for VIPs, special visiting groups, etc.
  • Strive to discover the clients and guide them across the brand and optimize the quality of the guests’ experience by adjusting and updating the tour regularly
  • Coordinate the communication with markets for VIP client visits and support boutique staff
  • You will create memorable arrivals and departure experiences for our guests
  • Take, answer and forward all requests, from personal ones to phone calls and emails directly with visitors or in partnership with HQ departments
  • You oversee the updates and processes for the booking tool backend and complete administrative tasks from meeting room booking to ticketing

How you will experience success with us:

  • Familiarity of working in a customer centric environment within the luxury industry
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients and visitors and you are comfortable speaking to small and large groups of people of all ages
  • A clear focus on our guests and visitors as well as positive spirit and humble attitude
  • You are thriving to exceed expectations and a strong attention to detail
  • You have excellent communication skills in German and English
  • It is advantageous if you already gained knowledge of our brand
