What You Will Do
- You will take over the ownership for defining, developing and implementing the recruitment framework as well as policies, guidelines and procedures across the organization on a global level to support BayWa r.e.´s business goals and values
- You will set up together with employer branding and the talent acquisition team the overall recruitment channel strategy to attract and retain top talent in delivering a very good customer experience
- You will act as an advisor to global, regional and local HR colleagues in finding the right talent acquisition and sourcing tactics
- You will build, steer and track in strong alignment with employer branding and recruitment target-group hiring campaigns on various channels and platforms
- You will act as single point of contact in selecting, steering and managing BayWa r.e.´s external vendors and partners related to talent acquisition
- You will be a proactive voice with regard to talent acquisition and a strong networker internally and externally in being up-to-date in latest market developments, tools and industry trends
- You play an active role in setting up and providing recruitment data and KPIs for the business and the management
- You support the HR Systems team in the maintenance and improvement of our Applicant Tracking System
- You lead and/or also support projects related to talent acquisition, recruitment and employer branding and strive for continuously improving the BayWa r.e. talent acquisition landscape
What You Bring
- University degree, ideally with a focus in Human Resources or Business Administration or a similar education
- Several years of professional experience within talent acquisition or recruiting in a corporate environment
- Proven track record in working on strategic talent acquisition projects and conceptional recruitment topics
- Strong mindset and passion for talent acquisition and steady knowledge of market leading tools, systems and trends
- Very good project management skills
- Strong partner and influencer to hiring managers, business leaders and executives in a global corporate environment
- Good communicator and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
