Description

This Position is located at ContiTech Conveying Solutions GmbH in Northeim. As Field Service Engineer - Sicon Conveying (m/w/divers) you will have the following responsibilities:
  • Support the local/regional services operations group with general engineering assistance related to the Sicon conveying product as required.
  • Participate in local technical/engineering related and cross-functional projects
  • Liaise closely with field service leadership, the regional management team and the global service group
  • Facilitate calculation & computations required for effective scoping and execution of service project works.
  • Assist to recommend the selection of machinery, equipment & tooling as required.
  • Travel to site where required to assist regional branches with scoping and pricing of service project works.
  • Travel to site where required to assist operational teams with execution of service project works.
  • Assist with design of plant and equipment where required.
  • Assist to develop safe work method statements and operational procedures were required
Qualifications
  • University degree, preferably in engineering or science
  • Professional experience in various services engineering functions
  • Cross-functional experience e.g. in engineering, construction, mining and/or industrial services preferred
  • Experience in working with international teams on engineering topics and understanding of foreign cultures
  • Proficient skills in English and advanced skills in German in written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office-Programs
  • Good team and conflict management skills
