To strengthen our team we are currently looking for several

Employee (m/f/d) Software Support

for our headquarters directly at the Dortmund Phoenixsee and the locations Crailsheim, Darmstadt, Dresden, Hamburg, Karlsruhe and Leipzig.

Your Tasks

  • Acceptance, processing and forwarding of support requests via ticket system.
  • Supporting our customers in the elimination of errors and general problems in our software solutions (Lovion BIS, Smallworld GIS) at 1st and 2nd level.
  • Advice on the application of the software products by phone or e-mail / ticket system.
  • Technical support in cooperation with the internal support team and in cooperation with partner companies.

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (m/f/d), completed studies in the field of computer science or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience in IT support and in dealing with ticket systems.
  • Enjoy learning new technologies, especially the software Lovion BIS used.
  • High willingness to communicate and conflict resolution potential
  • Enjoy working in a team and taking on new challenges
