Tasks

The position:
As an e commerce customers success manager for the
DACH market you’ll help our customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
transition from conventional bikes to e bikes, and answer all their queries in
the process. For this role, it is essential that you speak German on native level.

  • Taking care of customer relationships.
  • Provide product and service information and resolve product and service
problems

  • Generate sales leads
  • Collect customer information and analyse customer needs
  • Learn about SEO/SEA
  • Learn about Social Media marketing (organic and paid)
Requirements

Your profile

We’re looking for someone with a passion for ecommerce and with an
entrepreneurial pro-active approach. Since there is the option for remote
working (50/50), you’ll also need to be able to work independently. Sprint through the

requirements:
  • 2
plus years in E commerce Customer Success or a similar role

  • Impeccable
customer skills, you have a strong sense of empathy and integrity

  • Have
the ability to go above and beyond to help the customer and think creatively of
solutions to address the problem

  • Self-motivated,
you work well autonomously. You are confident and pro-active in your work and
have no problem working independently

  • You
are customer-focused and highly responsive to customer needs and requests

  • You speak German on native level
