Customer Delivery Experience Manager (m/f/d)

You are acting as a Customer Delivery Experience Manager (m/f/d) for our prestigious client Airbus Operations in Hamburg Finkenwerder.

Your Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the management of all information/organisation being related to arrival, stay and departure of customers during the aircraft deliveries and presentations
  • Full customer support as in main contact person for any customer queries related to the aircraft delivery (Single Aisle & A380)
  • Preparation of customer arrival with worldwide Airbus departments: hotel booking, planning of their stay in Hamburg, organisation of transport and onsite welcome event
  • Communication to customer’s homebase and authorities. Also regarding visa issues etc.
  • Ensure availability of necessary documents
  • Ensure information flow within all involved Airbus departments and interfaces outside Airbus
  • Request of Airbus visitor badges, plus ensure functionality of offices and technical equipment being assigned
  • Administration and control of budget being used for assigned tasks
  • Contact person for external suppliers
  • Face to face care of customers
Your Profile
  • Completed vocationall education as office man / office woman office communication or completed studies in communication science, business administration or international management or comparable
  • Good knowlegde in MS Office
  • Negotiable level of German and English, both spoken and written
  • High flexibility in regards to the working hours (two shifts 7:30/8:00 - 16:00 and 12:00 - 20:00, plus rotating "on call duty" on Saturdays)
