THE ROLE

As a Customer Care Agent (m/f/x) you are the main contact person for all our B2C customers. The satisfaction of our customers is your top priority.

YOUR MISSION

  • You have close contact with our customers and are their first point of contact
  • You actively work on the optimization of our customer service and forward feedback to the respective department
  • You handle customer inquiries and solve problems on the phone and by mail to keep our service on the highest level
  • You report to the Customer Care Team Lead and work closely with colleagues from Customer Success, Project Management, Business Development, Engineering and Product
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • You have already gained some experience in customer support, call center, customer service or a similar environment
  • You don’t let yourself get rattled and remain confident and friendly even in stressful situations
  • You are highly motivated to learn new skills, like to work analytically and look for creative solutions to the problems of your existing customers
  • You want to work in a fast-paced environment and show initiative
  • You speak German at a native level
