Commercial Director (m/f/d) Region Western Europe

WHAT YOU WILL DO

In this important position you will be responsible for driving accelerated growth in Region West and ensure market share, sales revenue and profit improvement, with a special focus on the areas of renewables/heat-pump
You will lay the foundation for excellence in all commercial areas (e.g. sales, marketing, service, products and solutions, pricing and multichannel) and lead the implementation and execution of commercial actions, best practices, processes, competencies and capabilities
You will co-define and deploy Budget and Business plans as well as ensure implementation of Region Western Europe targets within NSCs
You will drive execution of commercial measures with the focus on leveraging growths and profit across NSCs and set standards for project and opportunity management, ensure development & conversion of customer pipeline into sales
You will provide functional leadership to the commercial managers in the NSCs, act as an interface to the Group departments and act as deputy to the Regional Director for the Western Region
Ensuring definition of pricing architecture / corridors in the NSCs and validation and alignment of commercial offers for products, solutions and services and ensuring timely implementation of product launches are also part of your responsibilities
Based on our Vaillant Group values, you will lead and further develop a successful international team

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

You have successfully completed your diploma or master’s degree in business administration, economics or equivalent
You can draw on many years of sound professional experience in an international environment
You have a proven track record of change management success in a multinational organization
You offer a high level of project, process and personnel management as well as strategic competence
Your excellent communication skills as well as your analytical and problem-solving skills set you apart
You are experienced in leading teams with an international approach
Your business fluent German and English skills complete your profile
