Do you have a solid track record in sales and passion for working for global clients? Then read on… We as IBM Services are looking for a Client Solution Executive (CSE) with subject matter expertise in Talent and Human Resource Outsourcing and would be happy to have you on board
You develop relationships with clients to create synergy between client needs and effective business solutions. Along with bringing thought-leadership and an understanding of Human Resource business challenges, you will work with practice executives, clients, and IBM staff to develop and deliver global solutions. You will be responsible for creating strategies and implementing plans to achieve pipeline/ revenue objectives with innovative and evolving business solutions.
This position is open for all our locations across DACH, but you will be required to travel up to 75% of your time.

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Be a part of the CPS Talent Transformation team, contributing to refine business process outsourcing propositions, practice and offering development in Talent Transformation/ Human Resources
- Develop in-depth knowledge about the customer’s business, strategy and industry challenges, but also about IBM‘s entire Cognitive Process Services (CPS) portfolio and how to integrate the capabilities to create unique and innovative solutions for our customers
- Establish and manage trusted advisor client relationships
- Demonstrable experience in building strong senior management network from C-suite to delivery
- Be part of negotiations for multi-service-line deals
- Be responsible for committing multiple resources and achieving customer satisfaction, cost, expense, revenue, and other business measurements of critical importance
- Achieve personal signings, revenue and utilization objectives and generate sales at assigned client in alignment with practice objectives
- Have considerable latitude in responsibilities to define and decide on tools, processes, priorities and resources following general business unit directives
- Activities are subject to business measurements, impact customer satisfaction, and impact functional, business unit, or country costs or expenses
- Responsible for overall functional program success
- Develop and implement product, market, business, or technology strategies and contribute to policy making
- Contribute to thought leadership and point of view materials aligned with selected domains
- Be responsible for quality output/ value add for highly visible products, services, and future business development
- Provide stability and continuity during transition from sale to delivery, to aid in smooth operational transition whilst establishing a platform to grow business
- Monitor and control delivery excellence associated with large scale process services contract
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 7+ years of experience in consulting selling and understanding how to operate complex international accounts
- Profound industry insights and proficiency to identify trends and challenges in the Talent Market
- Experience in B2B sales in the area of consulting/BPO services
- Sales and management experience in a consulting or outsourcing company including in-depth knowledge of the Talent environment
- Experience in selling large-volume (consulting and outsourcing) services during transformative measures to international companies
- Broad and good network in the Talent Market as well as ability to establish and grow customer contacts and successfully leverage them to generate sales opportunities and expand them to board level
- Strong communication and presentation skills as well as very good German and English language skills
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Ideally experience of Robotic Process Automation solutions (RPA), Cognitive solutions, Business Process Modelling
- Ideally Experience in Workday, Service Now
