You apply your business insights, build and maintain client relationships, incorporate hardware, software and services into client-valued solutions and ensure client readiness for the implementation of technical solutions. Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Business Transformation Consultant you will work with the LOB Leaders, the Customer C level team to bridge business use cases towards technology solutions that could be demonstrated via the Client Engineering Team. You will do this based on common methods reuse of assets, based on a strong customer orientation.

As a member of the Client Engineering Team you will develop business cases and embedded services capabilities into minimal viable solutions (MVS).

Key areas hereby are

• Support of business value framing, value realization and orchestration practices
• Opportunity identification by working closely with (potential) clients leveraging your experience
• Development of business cases for follow on work
• Framing changes of operating models and workflow requirements based on the Minimal Viable Solution
• End-to-end responsibility for MVP/MVS development and communicationIBMReferred_Europe
  
  

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• At least 3 years of professional experience in developing MVPs or pilots for clients in business transformation projects
• 3+ years of previous hands on experience in strategic business consulting at senior leadership levels in large, complex organizations.
• 3+ years of previous hands on experience working as a client facing business or technical pre-sales consultant
• 3+ years of experience in modelling of business cases
• 3+ years of own hands on experience in technology areas like AI/Data and or cloud
• 2+ years of working knowledge of hybrid multi-cloud architectures, microservices design, DevOps and agile coaching. Architectural knowledge of IBM Cloud, CloudPaks, RedHat OpenShift, containerization/Kubernetes and the RedHat portfolio.
• Experience in helping clients migrate and transform from on premise to cloud infrastructure and operations
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills in German and English

• Deep knowledge and skill in strategic analysis and financial analysis.
• Demonstrated skill in developing technical value propositions, pro-forma financial business cases and impactful client proposals.
• Applied experience guiding cloud native development and architectures to business outcomes. Applied experience guiding digital transformation in large, complex organizations.
