Your mission

In this role you will be supporting the procurement process at numa, focusing on daily order/logistic tasks for different projects across Europe.
This will give you a good insight of the supply chain within Hospitality industry and feel the excitement of building numa.

Your profile

  • Very good communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Problem solver
  • Analytical, logical and practical in your approach
  • Strong administrative skills with experience of adhering and enforcing processes
  • Accurate, with excellent eye for detail
  • Able to meet deadlines
  • Proactive, excellent organisation and time management skills and happy to work as part of a team
  • Able to effectively communicate with people internally and externally at all levels
  • Results driven and self motivate
  • Ability to work under pressure and on multiple projects at the same time
  • A sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to an ever-changing work (start-up) environment
  • Currently works towards a Bachelors or Masters in Economics or Finance
  • Experience in the furniture industry or commercial and residential projects is a plus (but not a must)
  • Superior oral and written communication and interpersonal skills required in both English and German
  • Other languages such as Italian or Russian are a plus
excellent knowledge of word and excel is a must.
