Your responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service while responding to phone, e-mail and online requests for technical support
Work collaboratively with members of other Northern Data teams such as Consulting Services, Engineering and Technical Operations.
Track and monitor all support cases to ensure timely resolution and follow-up
Clearly identify, document, and find solutions for customer issues and product problems

Your profile

3-5 years of equivalent practical experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Understand how to manage information and differentiate between external and internal partners
Experience in evaluating and understanding business impact of technical issues
Demonstrable ability to find innovative ways to solve complex technical problems
Ability to troubleshoot small technical issues
Good written and spoken German & English
Enthusiasm for GPU/HPC computing
Thriving in fast-paced and dynamic environments
Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and driven to succeed

TECHNICAL SKILLS YOU WILL NEED

Solid experience with Linux
Experience in one or more of the following: High Performance Computing, Networking and Virtualization
