How you can contribute to gridX

Do stuff that matters - become a team lead for one of our Solution Engineering teams and contribute your part to digitize the energy industry with us, making renewable energy accessible and affordable everywhere.

• You lead your team with passion and enthusiasm to achieve peak performance, focusing on the accomplishment of shared tasks and goals; actively taking on your team lead role and promoting cross-team collaboration
• You drive and optimize processes and structures within your team, actively participating in cross-team improvements
• You set clear goals and metrics for your team, ensuring operational excellence in project management processes
• You act as a technical consultant in sales, guiding our customers from the initial creative idea generation to the completed implementation of our product solutions
• You collect customer feedback and project insights, collaborating with the Product Team to implement concrete initiatives, ensuring that gridX technology stays ahead of the competition
• You work closely with our product and development teams, as well as our sales and customer success teams

This is how you and your application stand out

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a Solution Engineer or Technical Project Manager (Enterprise) in the B2B sector for complex software solutions and/or IoT solutions, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
• You are passionate about the topic of "Renewable Energy" and have a desire to revolutionize the energy market with us; experience in the field is an advantage but not a must
• You hold a technical degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field of study
• You work in a structured and efficient manner, combined with a high level of energy and solution orientation; expressive communication, assertiveness, and teamwork are natural for you
• Fluent German and English language skills complete your profile
