We are looking for a Teamlead Ad Operations who is passionate about working in a team responsible for the happiness of our customers. We organize ourselves in cross functional teams and value open communication to all stakeholders. What You’ll Do
  • You will responsibly manage a team of three employees as sparring partner and leader whenever needed
  • You will be the support for cooperation partners and strategic customers including implementation of advertising campaigns and integrations
  • To ensure a high service level in the support of advertising campaigns (online, web / MWeb, app) you will cooperate with other teams on professional and technical issues
  • You will take care of the support and coordination of your team and projects
What you should bring: 
  • At least 4 years of experience in dealing with ad serving solutions and in campaign management
  • First experience in leading small and cross functional teams
  • Goal oriented understanding of digital advertising campaigns including strategies, tactics, executions
  • (Very) good communication skills in English, German is a plus
  • Technological affinity as well as very good knowledge of MS Office paired with attention to details and time management skills
