We are looking for a Teamlead Ad Operations who is passionate about working in a team responsible for the happiness of our customers. We organize ourselves in cross functional teams and value open communication to all stakeholders. The role is key to operationalize our media strategy built on consumer friendly and impactful products.

What You’ll Do
  • You will responsibly manage a team of three employees as sparring partner and leader whenever needed
  • You will be the support for cooperation partners and strategic customers including implementation of advertising campaigns and integrations
  • To ensure a high service level in the support of advertising campaigns (online, web / MWeb, app) you will cooperate with other teams on professional and technical issues
  • You will take care of the support and coordination of your team and projects
What you should bring: 
  • At least 4 years of experience in dealing with ad serving solutions and in campaign management
  • First experience in leading small and cross functional teams
  • Goal oriented understanding of digital advertising campaigns including strategies, tactics, executions
  • (Very) good communication skills in English, German is a plus
  • Technological affinity as well as very good knowledge of MS Office paired with attention to details and time management skills
