From defining the vacancy (together with the relevant manager) to providing the best onboarding experience to our new colleagues, you will be involved in all relevant steps. You will get the chance to recruit for a large variety of exciting roles, be it Experience Designers, Tactical Marking Coordinator, Corporate Sales Manager, Business Analyst or Finance professionals. There’s plenty of variety to keep things fresh and you will meet the most interesting mix of people along the way. You will work together with our Talent Acquisition Team, so that together as a team you will advance our talent acquisition efforts over the coming years.We Want You To
  • Coordinate 360-degree recruiting processes by improving our hiring performance and find the best talents on the market
  • Writing & promoting vacancies, screening candidates, planning and conducting interviews, guiding the process & review sessions with the hiring team
  • Create recruitment collateral and campaigns, collaborating with our marketing team
  • Providing an outstanding onboarding experience for all our new hires
  • Create and provide the best candidate experience from contacting candidates until making an offer
  • Leading and developing employer branding strategies, pushing diversity & inclusion efforts further
About You
  • A relevant Bachelor/Masters degree
  • Passion for the world of recruiting 5 years of previous experience recruiting
  • Understanding the importance of our employee value proposition (EVP) and its benefits
  • Adaptable to handle a few positions at the same time with a hands-on mentality
  • Outstanding team-player, detail-oriented, able to prioritise and organise
  • Fluent communication in English, additional languages are a plus
