Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle (from intake conversation to onboarding) across a variety of open roles helping hiring managers find, hire and onboard qualified talents
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience in all stages and oversee all aspects of the candidate selection process to implement improvements and in order to meet established standards and KPI’s
- Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
- Drive the recruitment process so that candidate decisions are made in a timely manner and with high quality
- Proactively source, network and market our open job opportunities to build a pipeline of qualified candidates and sell the advantages of working for Evonik as the Employer of Choice
- Develop and release job postings on platforms, such as social media and job boards
- Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout recruiting process from application to final offer negotiation
- Provide feedback to all interviewed candidates
- Develop and foster a relationship with diverse talent pools in order to attract diverse candidates
- Preferably a bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Several years of working experience, preferred within talent acquisition, other HR Roles or sales
- Experience in working with challenging customers, internal interfaces and external partners
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e. in person, phone, video)
- Familiarity with social media, job boards, and applicant tracking systems
- Very good verbal and written German and English skills
- Ability to travel as needed
