As a Senior Specialist for Global Talent Acquisition Provide advanced best-in-class talent acquisition delivery experience to all stakeholders involved and be an ambassador of our employer brand.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage effectively the Global Talent Acquisition delivery model to execute hiring projects throughout the skill-set area of expertise accross the different locations.
- Added-value partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, execute effective talent sourcing, engagement, assessment, and closing approaches that delivers a diverse range of candidates and provides an outstanding stakeholder experience.
- Possess strong capabilities to screen, assess, interview and build relationships with the different talent communities in a timely and professional manner.
- Advice, manage expectations and challenge the hiring managers community in the most professional manner to achieve our common goals.
- Source, engage and acquire passive candidates for your scope of responsibilities.
- Maximize the usage of all talent sourcing channels for your scope of responsibilities.
- Build and maintain market intelligence and a network of talent and potential candidates through previous experience, pro-active research and on-going relationship; conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate manager requirements through high interview to offer ratios
- Display confidence to work with metrics and reporting to establish recruitment updates and insight to ensure hiring is working effectively and can clearly demonstrate successes vs areas of focus.
- Educate the stakeholders on the GTA model and processes
- Generate and recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the enhancement of hiring processes, implementing changes and new processes and promote the fine-tuning of standard processes for talent acquisition.
- Contribute to or lead Projects designed to implement a change initiative and enhance delivery.
- Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines, formal tracking and reporting results.
Your Ideal Qualifications:
- Passion for talent acquisition
- Extensive track record and experience with talent acquisition in complex working environments
- Expert understanding of talent networks and recruitment landscapes across different countries and regions
- Strong influential and negotiations skills
- Experience of sourcing and recruiting niche and specialist capabilities across countries in EMEA
- Ability to execute sourcing activities, including but not limited to employer brand promotion, talent engagement and attraction, supporting events and meet ups and quality candidate pipeline generation with a significant proportion of direct and passive sourcing
- Experience managing and delivering against multiple searches at one time for different capabilities and countries
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work, communicate, sale the vision and collaborate with others
- Ability to develop and nurture trusted working relationships with the different stakeholders
- Fluent communication skills in English and ideally another European language
- Education and degree in a related field
