The Role:

You’ll have the opportunity to implement and manage the PLC (Product Life Cycle) Framework process inside the PnE (Product and Development) organisation. You’ll ensure PnE members know and live the PLC, actively contributing with best practices, knowledge sharing and coaching teams across their day to day work. You’ll work closely with different stakeholders to orchestrate the process and gain their buy-in.

The work you’ll do:

  • Make sure the gates, checklists and criteria are followed, highlighting possible deviations
  • Contribute and document processes related to PLC as it evolves
  • Bring feedback from the different PnE teams back to the PnE Operations team, so that the necessary improvements can be designed and implemented.
  • Actively contributing within the PnE Process team in the design of effective Practices and Processes that help PnE scale
  • Lead the necessary meetings and documenting tasks to live the Agile and PLC practices and support the teams. Host daily stand-up meetings to assist the team and remove roadblocks
  • Skillfully remove obstacles and distractions that may impede the team from meeting goals, being the liaison between the squad team and people or teams outside the squad team
  • Teach Scrum practices and principles, and their interrelation with the PLC.
  • Onboard project teams to the PnE processes
  • Follow and track the Metrics, OLAs and Goals, alerting the teams of any deviation
  • Highlight process flaws, organizing and running improvement projects, and a continuous improvement flow

The qualifications you need:

  • A bachelors or masters degree in a technical field (e.g. Computer Science, Software Engineering) or a comparable education
  • 2-4 years of previous scrum master and/or process management experience, (scrum master/agile coach certification preferred)
  • Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle
  • Experience in working with DevOps and Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
  • Demonstrated effective leadership, problem-solving and analytical skills

What Celonis can offer you:
