At Celonis, we believe that every company can unlock their full execution capacity - and for that we need you as an Intern / Working Student Partner Delivery. The Partner Delivery team is the central contact point for our Celonis Service Partners for upcoming and ongoing implementation projects. They are responsible for the operative handling and monitoring of their partner´s projects, manage subcontracting and ensure adoption of our enablement program. It is their goal to build an implementation ready Service Partner Network and to take customers and partners to the next level. At the same time they use the insights and knowledge that they gain from their daily work with their Partners to define strategy, plan, build and measure enablement for our Partners and develop internal processes.

As an Intern / Working Student in our Partner Delivery Team you will support day-to-day operations and projects as well as work on strategic or ad-hoc requests related to our Partner organization. By this you will gain great insights into both, the Partner Delivery practise as well as the Professional services function in a SaaS environment and gain first-hand experience on when strategic decisions are being made. In case of very good performance, you will have the opportunity to take on your own project and work closely with our leadership team on conceptualization and implementation.

If you would like to start as an Intern you need to bring at least five months of full-time availability. If you prefer to work as a Working Student you need to bring at least two months of full-time availability before switching into a Working Student position of 15-20h per week.

• …are a student of business administration, economics or a comparable degree program with great results
• …have gained first work experience and project management skills through internships, ideally in a start-up or consulting environment
• …are a self-starter and hands-on problem solver with a knack for creating structure wherever it’s needed and have the ability to develop outcome-driven solutions
• … are able to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic work environment and to manage multiple priorities and deal with ambiguity
• ... have the ability to convey complex information to wide audiences and to communicate on Management level
• … are a curious and quick learner, detail-oriented and driven to make an impact on the business
• ... have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German as a plus)
