About the role: *

In this role, you will work alongside your peers of our global enablement team and go-to-market operations to make sure that all of our internal and external stakeholders are prepared in the best possible way to sell our SaaS-solution, either directly to corporate and enterprise customers or to SMBs via reseller and partner channels. You will provide training materials, playbooks & pitch decks and will be responsible to keep our onboarding programs up-to-date or change them, whenever necessary. Furthermore, you will plan training sessions and workshops together with the team, that will be accessible for internal stakeholders and external partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Operations and Leadership to create enablement materials
  • Manage, maintain and centralise all content (external and internal) to ensure all teams have access
  • Transform marketing collaterals into sales materials
  • Work with Sales leadership to determine local and/ or centralised needs and requirements
  • Serve as liaison between Sales and Partnerships, Operations and Marketing
  • Oversee our Partner Portal to enable our partners with sales & marketing materials
  • Create Sales & Partnerships Playbooks, Pitch Decks and Onboarding Programs
  • Assist in creating internal documentation on processes
  • Identify, gather and document best practices within the Sales and Partnerships teams
  • Elaborate a Sales & Partnerships Enablement project plan, with upcoming updates, training and workshop, in collaboration with the rest of the Global Enablement team
  • Define and monitor KPIs based on content consumption and adoption
  • Drive adoption and execution of agreed-upon best practices

Profile:

  • 3-5 years of experience leading enterprise-wide sales enablement initiatives (sales, sales operations, product marketing…)
  • Understand the structure and processes of Revenue organisations in SaaS companies
  • Experience supporting a global sales team
  • Experience with Sales and Marketing domain areas
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong communication and listening skills, able to identify needs and expectations
  • Ability to work autonomously to find solutions to complex problems
  • Fluent in German is a plus
