Regional Strategy Associate (m/f/d)

As a Regional Strategy Associate, you will support management of regional business with the aim to drive market development and to achieve business growth of Hyundai Motor in the broader European region. You will be responsible for building a foundation for sustainable development of the region, creating and executing plans to maximize synergy.

We Want You To
  • Support team and management in executing business strategy for key strategic region for Hyundai Motor Company
  • Collect and present findings to develop plans and metrics to nurture collaboration across the region
  • Analyze data and capture insights to help stakeholders to set key priorities
  • Identify potential cost saving opportunity through collaboration among multiple regions/plants and propose actions
  • Devise ways to measure key goals of different markets in the region
  • Manage & coordinate projects involving pan-European region and prepare reports to headquarters
  • Coordinate regional business meetings in pan-Europe and Hyundai Motor Company
  • Discover best practices and share across the region
  • Encourage feedback and engagement between regions to maximize synergies
About You

You Will Also Need To Have
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in related position or specialization
  • Experience with pan-European countries
  • Relevant experience in sales planning and operation or strategy consulting
  • Automotive & transportation industry knowledge desired
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate & liaise
  • Professionalism and accountability
  • Business development and project management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent command of English (verbal & written)
  • Fluency in additional language is a plus (preferably Korean/Russian)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
