The People Team

We are a team of 12 colleagues who bring expertise in all HR disciplines - people operations and administration, talent acquisition, learning & development, reward and the people/business partnering space to Omio. We work in partnership and thrive on teamwork, collaboration, and mutual support. The Role

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will own candidate experience, organizing the interview processes, and communicating consistently with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to ensure a pleasant and seamless recruiting process for all parties.

These are the main responsibilities

  • Be one of the main points of contact for candidates from all over the world
    Coordinate and schedule phone-, video- and on-site interviews

  • Support the Talent Acquisition Managers in administrative daily tasks and in ongoing projects to improve Talent Acquisition

  • You’ll proofread job descriptions as well as post them on suitable job boards and analyze the success

  • You are a talented communicator and natural problem solver

  • You are well organised with a constant drive to optimise the way you work

  • You already have experience in recruitment coordination, customer service, or customer-facing roles

  • You are fluent in English
