The People Team
We are a team of 12 colleagues who bring expertise in all HR disciplines - people operations and administration, talent acquisition, learning & development, reward and the people/business partnering space to Omio. We work in partnership and thrive on teamwork, collaboration, and mutual support. The Role
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will own candidate experience, organizing the interview processes, and communicating consistently with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to ensure a pleasant and seamless recruiting process for all parties.
These are the main responsibilities
Be one of the main points of contact for candidates from all over the world
Coordinate and schedule phone-, video- and on-site interviewsSupport the Talent Acquisition Managers in administrative daily tasks and in ongoing projects to improve Talent Acquisition
You’ll proofread job descriptions as well as post them on suitable job boards and analyze the success
This is what you bring to the team
You are a talented communicator and natural problem solver
You are well organised with a constant drive to optimise the way you work
You already have experience in recruitment coordination, customer service, or customer-facing roles
You are fluent in English
