About The Role

We are looking for a Working Student to join the Product Success team. In this role, you will help provide support for internal user bugs, feature requests and technical questions. You will play a key role in making sure people have transparent and proactive support.

To succeed in this role, you will have a strong drive to learn the fundamentals of product and technological processes. You will have a solution-oriented mindset to aid you in the investigation and troubleshooting of user issues and feedback.

Locations:Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, Cologne, Frankfurt, Stuttgart

Your Responsibilities

• You will investigate and triage bug reports, ensuring a comprehensive assessment and impact analysis for issues.
• Answer technical questions to ensure that people can understand and use various products within the organisation.
• Assess opportunities for improvements to our products, through user feedback.
• Facilitate communication and sharing of information between cross-functional Product teams to drive efficiency and product growth
• Maintain solid work streams and ensure that the ticketing system is kept up to date.
• Support in delivering technical documentation to ensure internal users are equipped with knowledge and skills to use the products offered by FREE NOW.
  

Your profile:

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) at a German University coursing degree in Product Management, Engineering, or related educational background.
• You are located in Germany
• Interested in a future career in Product.
• You have excellent written and verbal English skills.
• You can learn fast and have the ability to work across multiple functions.
