WHAT YOU’LL DO


BCG is seeking a highly motivated Working Student to join our Knowledge and Design portfolio team. In this position, you will gain valuable experience in product design, cutting edge technologies like Generative AI, NLP and search engine optimization. Your role will be to provide exceptional user-centered support, understand customer needs, write product stories and work with the product management team in agile sprints to improve the overall user experience. As a Working Student in Product Analytics you will have access to coaching and guidance from experienced product managers and customer support professionals to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field.

You can work up to 20 hours/week during your semester and up to 40 hours/week during your vacation time. The role offers enough flexibility to combine personal, academic and professional life. This is a temporary role from min. 12 to max. 24 months. You need to be an enrolled university student in Germany.


YOU’RE GOOD AT


  • Responding to customer inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions
  • Analyzing customer support data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with product managers to develop features that address customer needs
  • Creating and maintaining knowledge base articles to assist customers with common issues
  • Assisting with customer onboarding and training processes and work with cross-functional teams to resolve customer escalations
  • Gathering customer feedback and insights to inform product development decisions and contribute to customer support process improvements as well as best practices
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction metrics and identify opportunities for enhancement
  • Assisting in testing new product features from a customer support perspective


YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)


  • Ongoing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree studies in Business Economics, Computer Science or related field
  • Basic understanding of scrum and agile product management principles
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities, Alteryx and Tableau skills appreciated
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Jira, Excel and SQL and customer support tools a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathetic and customer-oriented mindset with ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong English speaking, writing and documentation skills

Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
