The People & Culture Team partners with our company leaders to enable them to make great decisions everyday. In tandem with all employees you create exceptional opportunities for growth and development. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Support the team in all employee lifecycle moduls: hiring, onboarding, performance, development, policies..
  • Collaborate closely with your stakeholders - Talent Acquisition, People Programs, HR Business Partner & People Operations
  • Recruit great additional junior talents to the team
  • Show ownership and drive your own projects - from the initial idea to successful implementation
  • Support of general administrative activities and the preparation of all data and reports
  • Drive new processes and the continuous improvement of our employee satisfaction
  • Show ownership and drive your own projects through transforming your theoretical knowledge into practical learning
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the field of Business Administration, psychology or in a comparable degree ideally with a focus on Human Resources
  • Ideally gained first professional experience in HR
  • Passion for the world of people - a highly empathetic personality
  • Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail
  • Outstanding team-player, detail-oriented, able to prioritise, organise and handle multiple assignments simultaneously in a hyper-growth environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive matters with diplomacy
  • Fluent communication in German and English
