ABOUT THE TEAM

Help our customers to build their wealth: In our Customer Service Department, we see it as our task to unlock, comfort and assist our users on their journey. Our work stands for empathy, education and guidance. We work confidentially to provide our customers the highest support standard. By listening to our users we can improve our product and offer the best service possible. We ensure to push the goal further to democratize wealth and close the pension gap.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • You formulate key takeaways from your daily observations and coordinate actions for mid-term improvement in collaboration with Customer Service Management
  • You simplify complex issues and optimize their presentation for versatile documentation in work instructions, training concepts and flow charts
  • You develop further concepts in the area of knowledge management in order to continuously improve the documentation and retrieval of information for the entire Customer Service team
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Initial experience in Customer Service, ideally in a startup environment
  • Relevant work experience and high interest in finance
  • Strong communication skills and a high degree of adaptability to different application areas and communication situations
  • Proven record in knowledge management and deep understanding of how to prepare information according to basic didactic principles
  • Excellent project & time management skills
  • Strong team spirit with a positive attitude
  • You speak English and German fluently, other languages are a plus
  • You already live in Berlin or are willing to relocate
