About the team

The LoB Real Estate is a dedicated team with the mission to create innovative and potentially breakthrough standard software solutions for high value, strategic customers. To achieve this, we collaborate closely with customers. Our development approach is user-centric, applying different methods (such as Design Thinking, Scrum, Agile Development) within short project cycles.

As one of the 21 core processes of SAP S/4HANA we are frontrunner for the implementation of ONE S/4HANA Cloud. For this we apply the newest Cloud-technologies both on SAP Business Technology Platform and SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

The role

As a working student (f/m/d) you will be a member of a team that focuses on the development of innovative Real Estate solutions for the Cloud. Currently, the team is working on SAP Intelligent Real Estate, a native Cloud solution, with key components both on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and within SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

You will work in one of our 4 teams in Scrum fashion. Like a full team member, you participate in typical ceremonies, like review and planning or daily standups. Your focus lies on an integrated solution for visualization of real estate objects like 2D floor plans, 3D building models and 360-degree panoramic images, which enriches our product for an appealing user experience. You will have the chance to build up a deep understanding and expertise in at least 2 new SAP cloud products.

Role requirements

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Real estate management, business and economics, computer science
• Computer skills: Office software, basic knowledge of software development and solution configuration, experience with API-based architecture is a plus
• Language skills: English at least C2
• Soft skills: Excellent communication skills, outcome-oriented, ability to network with other development teams to find solutions, experience in project management is a plus
• Others: Knowledge of real estate sector highly appreciated
