Sushi Circle Gastronomie GmbH is currently seeking Recruiters who can speak
Thai Language– these are WORK FROM HOME contract positions.

Job descriptions:

  • Draft and post job postings to job boards
  • Source, screen, and identify qualified for open positions
  • Conducting interviews over the phone, or video platforms and providing information to candidates.
  • Scheduling appointments for trial works
  • Organizing and maintaining documents for working contracts
  • Coordinate with Operation and Marketing Team to discuss staffing needs
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of Asia Culture.
  • Initial experience in recruiting is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills
  • Good in MS Office
  • Capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner
  • Strong ability in writing job descriptions and posting
  • Good knowledge of German and English, and at least one Asian language would be an advantage
  • Living in Germany
