Sushi Circle Gastronomie GmbH is currently seeking Recruiters who can speak
Thai Language– these are WORK FROM HOME contract positions.

Job descriptions:

Draft and post job postings to job boards
Source, screen, and identify qualified for open positions
Conducting interviews over the phone, or video platforms and providing information to candidates.
Scheduling appointments for trial works
Organizing and maintaining documents for working contracts
Coordinate with Operation and Marketing Team to discuss staffing needs
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Requirements:

Good knowledge of Asia Culture.
Initial experience in recruiting is an advantage.
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills
Good in MS Office
Capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner
Strong ability in writing job descriptions and posting
Good knowledge of German and English, and at least one Asian language would be an advantage
Living in Germany
