Tasks

  • Content creation, editing and revising in English language for clear and easy understanding with technical precision in close cooperation with development teams, Product Owner, and others. This includes e.g.
1. Product and project documentation
2. Training documentation
3. Application documents
4. Validation documentation, e.g. SRS, FS/DS, risk assessments, test plans, etc.
5. Product release documentation
6. Configuration manuals
7. Creation of graphical representations, e.g. architecture and data flow diagrams, mock-Ups, workflows

  • Resource planning and organization of the product / project / validation documentation
  • Understand user needs and adapt documents for user friendly-ness
  • Identification and implementation of improvement opportunities in the documentation domain of ZONTAL
  • Ensure a high level of documentation quality and enable seamless delivery of ZONTAL releases
Requirements

Minimum:
  • Proven experience in effective content writing of technical topics
  • Excellent expression capability in English (written and spoken)
  • Good understanding of technical processes
  • Ability to present complex topics in an easy understandable way
  • Self-motivated individual, taking initiative
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an international and distributed team
  • Located in Germany
  • Experience in using standard office IT tools
  • Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
Preferred:
  • Experience in using Confluence
  • Experience within the life science or chemical industry
  • Experience with software development processes
  • Understanding of business processes
  • Hybrid work location (remote and on-site)
  • German language ability
