RESPONSIBILITIES


As a team leader you are responsible for all product management and product marketing tasks for our B2B NIR spectroscopy solution. Our core product is a mobile NIR Spectrometer that, enabled by our cloud-based algorithm, delivers actionable results to our customers in real-time.

  • As product management team you will ensure that our products are ready for sale, incl certificates, required approvals, permits.
  • You will provide information and concepts for sales on pricing strategies and market approaches and ensure that the product flow and product improvements are known and tackled within our operations.
  • You will prioritize customer projects in close alignment with sales, business development, marketing and operations.
  • Part of our product is also a user App, and you will be responsible to develop this user interface further with our UX Design team.
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible to conclude and manage contractual engagement with partners, either as lead or as second pair of eyes.
  • As Product marketing you are responsible to formulate our UVPs and Product stories.
  • For this, you will develop clear, crisp, and differentiated material, slides and other information (hardware content, customer material) based on our value propositions that support the pitch towards our customers.
  • This helps to support business development, sales enablement, and other go-to-market channels, and is aligned with the overall communication approach and the corporate guidelines.
  • Deliver market, client, value chain and competitive intelligence to Sales and Business Development in close alignment with our strategy team.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • degree in science or economics
  • relevant knowledge in the field of Infra-red spectroscopy or a proven technical understanding
  • at least 5 years of working experience in a relevant management position
  • expertise in Business Intelligence of spectroscopy application in the B2B business is a plus
  • ability to apply portfolio methodologies and knowledge of CRM (Sales force) and Lead Scoring or even Lead analytics
  • excellent communication skills in English and German to communicate effectively with your group, customers, and stakeholders
  • excellent presentation skills with proven creative problem handling skills as well as a business-driven (and data-driven) mindset
