Team Lead of New Business Coordination (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • As a coordinator in the New Business area of the agency, you will lead the New Business Coordination team in project administration as well as in various administrative tasks and inform the managing director directly about new tenders and possible New Business opportunities
  • You coordinate across departments and work closely with the concept designers in the preparation and submission of tender offers
  • You will manage the new business process from screening, coordination, preparation of tender documents, submission to evaluation

Your Profile

  • You have experience in business development, or as a marketing communication clerk or office communications clerk
  • In addition, you have very good organizational skills, can identify priorities and work very well independently as well as in a team
  • You possess 2+ years of relevant experience
  • You speak fluent English. German is a plus
  • Confident handling of the common MS-Office programs is a must, especially Excel
  • You are assertive and do not shy away from contact with your colleagues
