RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of setting up our new team Compensation & Benefits Services we are looking for several new colleagues. In this position you will be responsible for the operational management of our compensation and other benefits team and deliver services to our recipients.
With strong customer focus you will focus on the daily business and will take care of the daily team organization (e.g. volume, capacities, back-ups).
Furthermore, you will coach and support the team with your creativity, subject matter know-how and best practices regarding global and regional projects, service design, documentation, quality, process improvements and digitalization initiatives.
Together with the manager, you will act as the main point of contact for service demand and quality as well as partner management regarding daily business.
This includes engaging directly with major stakeholders like the Corporate Center HR or HR Business Partner Organization of Operating Divisions to ensure excellent service delivery.
Therefore, you will give guidance on insurance provider selection and insurance policy design for local and regional counterparts by mitigation of the risks on contract management.
You will be responsible for initiating and driving process optimization and implementation through projects and cross team collaboration.
Moreover, you will use the opportunity to gather needs and contribute with own ideas to continuous improvement and digitalization and represent your team in department meetings and initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS

degree in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field
several years of profound working experience in compensation and benefits field for one or more countries, preferably in EMEA
strong knowledge on compensation principles up to different service providers such as Hay, Mercer etc.
ideally lateral leadership experience e.g. in projects
strong analytical skills and, at best, experience with quantitative data management and presentation
committed team player with communication skills, who sets demanding goals on his/her own responsibility and meets challenges with an open mind
ability to communicate complex issues effectively to diverse stakeholders in English (preferably in German or other EMEA languages as well)
