Aufgabe

  • Actively drive the strategic talent acquisition, learning and development plans and supporting initiatives to ensure high quality across the T*V S*D Global Group
  • Lead the global talent acquisition, learning and development IT solution transition project together with the talent acquisition teams in the regions and IT teams
  • Identify, analyse and propose improvements in the recruitment process and support recruitment teams in implementation of improvement ideas
  • Define, track and analyse talent acquisition, learning and development metrics and develop practical tracking and reporting methods
  • Oversee technologies to support highly effective talent acquisition, learning and development


Qualifikation

  • Talent acquisition, learning and development experience in a global company and/ or prior experience in consulting and managing clients in a professional services environment
  • Ability to solve complex problems, designing creative solutions and delivering significant hiring impact for a business
  • Knowledge and experience of implementing talent acquisition, learning and development systems/IT solutions globally
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously as well as effective communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to exercise good judgement to make effective decisions along with the ability to interface effectively with different levels, functions and cultures
