We are searching for a motivated colleague to join our Center of Excellence Team in the specialised area of "Talent Management & People Development " as soon as possible.
Our team’s goal is to design and implement a state-of-the-art talent management and future-orientef learning landscape. Our team is based in the CEO resort and therefore, has a direct business impact.

Through our strategy we want to continuously develop and motivate our highly qualified employees in line with business challenges to achieve outstanding performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Further development of our MEAG Talent Management program:
    • Implementation of new ideas, innovations and strategies in the area of Talent Development & Learning, as well as continuous measurement of their success
    • Advise and support MEAG talents and their managers with a focus on talent identification and development planning
  • Establishment of a modern and motivating MEAG learning landscape:
    • Design of appealing training and development measures for specialists and executives within the framework of our MEAG Academy
    • Ideation, conception and creation of new learning content and blended learning products
    • Implementation of virtual, hybrid and face-to-face learning formats and workshops for employees and managers
  • Conception and ongoing development of the MEAG trainee program "FUTURES", including steering the participants in the program
  • Advising MEAG managers regarding leadership and team related subjects and managing our external coaches

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed studies in psychology, economics, pedagogy, social sciences or comparable
  • Several years of professional experience in the conceptual development and implementation of instruments and processes in the field of Talent Management and Learning
  • Very good English and MS Office skills (especially Power Point) as well as an affinity for Talent Management/Learning Software
  • Very good conceptual and analytical skills, coupled with a clear focus on implementation and output
  • Creative and agile skills, ideally from a Design Thinking background
  • Team player and excellent communication skills
