We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Server Product Sales Manager to promote and sell our company’s server product line. This role requires candidates to have a strong technical background, excellent sales skills, and proficient English communication abilities to establish good relationships with clients and provide solutions to achieve sales targets.

What you`ll do

  • Develop and expand new customer relationships, establish solid business partnerships, and maintain existing customer relations.
  • Understand customer requirements and offer suitable server products and solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Actively follow up with potential customers and sales leads, demonstrate product advantages, and drive sales closure.
  • Coordinate internal team resources to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements, including collaborating with the technical team to resolve technical issues.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, collect and provide feedback on market information and customer opinions to contribute to product improvements and business expansion.
  • Participate in sales strategy development and marketing activities to promote the growth of the server.
  • Regularly report sales performance and market dynamics to the country manager, formulate effective sales plans, and implement them.

What you will bring

  • Prior experience with DELL, HPE, Lenovo, or Inspur will be preferred.
  • At least 4 years of experience in server sales, with a good understanding of the server market and industry trends.
  • Excellent sales skills and negotiation abilities, with the capability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Strong team spirit, able to closely collaborate with internal teams to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills to establish positive business relationships with clients.
