We’re looking for you to join the Cloud CRM Development Operations team

What you’ll do
  • As Senior Vlocity Developer (m/f/d) you¿re responsible for implementing Vlocity CPQ & EPC solution for Communications Domain
  • You’ll make a key contribution to the development and implementation of overall application
  • Your tasks also include development, testing, implementation, and documentation within the Salesforce Industries/Vlocity platform
  • As a communicative interface, you’ll act together with the PM as the main contact and escalation point for daily service issues and be a primary point of contact for stakeholders
  • Part of your responsibility is to ensure that functionality is delivered according to the SOW and to identify and communicate any deviations to the project leadership
  • You’ll be involved in troubleshooting and leading technical investigations including debugging, and ensuring the quality of the application
  • You support the definition, further development & continuous optimization of the deployment processes as well as the definition of the CI/CD pipeline for the Scrum teams
  • In addition, you’ll take care of cross-functional support of the teams with ad-hoc queries regarding the software services used and deal with quality assurance and pair programming
  • You’ll be involved in the automated provision of test environments and continuous integration processes, and you¿ll make a key contribution to the digitisation of Sky’s customer relationships
What you’ll bring
  • You’ve at least 5 years of experience in developing technology solutions on Salesforce eco system and at least 3 years of hands-on experience on Salesforce industries (Vlocity)
  • In the past you were able to gain domain experience in the field of communication/media/telecommunications as well as hands-on experience in solutioning & configuring on EPC, CPQ, OM solutions
  • You’ll bring deep knowledge on digital commerce application including designing of promotions, product catalogue and cache management
  • Thanks to your experience in the design and development of software components, you¿ve very good knowledge around service-oriented architecture and integration
  • You’ll bring programming experience in APEX, LWC, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, FlexCards, XML, JSON
  • You’d describe yourself as detail-oriented with the ability to learn quickly to leverage new concepts, technologies, and solutions and your working style as independent and self-reliant
  • Above all, your innovative mind, which is constantly looking at new technologies & functions and is involved in projects that expand the possibilities of existing technologies, is among your strengths
