We are looking for a Senior System Support Analyst to support the System Management department at our Frankfurt location.

About the Role:

You will assist the System Management team in administering Unix environments. Supporting OpenLDAP servers is also part of your responsibilities. In case of any issue, you will take the initiative and bring together the knowledge of all teams.

About the Team:

The System Management team is responsible for the smooth and stable operation of our systems and core banking applications, which we provide through full outsourcing for multiple banks.

What You Will Do:

• You will be responsible for the middleware in our KORDOBA applications.
• You will contribute your expertise in designing system and application architecture.
• You will conceptualize and implement the monitoring of our systems.
• You will manage our deployed systems and applications and take appropriate actions.
• You will handle the technical implementation of customer change requests.
• You will be our second-level support for system and application issues, including monitoring and troubleshooting.
• You will monitor system effectiveness and assist in technical capacity planning.
• You will be responsible for our security concepts, including data protection, access control, and high availability.

What You Bring:

• You have a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• You have extensive knowledge in Linux and Solaris. You also have experience with programming languages like Perl, (Korn-)Shell, and Java.
• You enjoy customer interaction and teamwork.
• You have strong analytical skills and can find solutions to any problem.
• You stay up to date with the latest developments in IT, even in your free time.
• You are fluent in German and can communicate effectively in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in system monitoring, specifically Zabbix and Xymon.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes in ServiceNow.
