Job Responsibilities

Your team is in charge of liaising with suppliers and ensuring high product quality in both the early product development stage as well as in series production. You will identify and solve quality-related problems, critically review manufacturing processes, create and update delivery specifications, and report supplier performance to the senior management.

Background & Skills

You should have an educational background in Physics, Material Sciences, Chemistry, Systems or Electrical Engineering and be familiar with analytical methods for quality control. We are looking for candidates with a proven track record and quality experience in any type of manufacturing environment, ideally in the automotive business. Additionally, the following points are important for us:


  • Solid quality awareness and a passion for detective work
  • A highly communicative and open-minded team player
  • Analytical skills including critical thinking, data analysis, and research
  • Experienced in the application of analytical methods (e.g. scanning electron microscope, EDX)
  • Experience as VDA 6.3 auditor, with APQP or PPAP is a plus
  • Flexibility with regards to travel (approx. 5%, mainly within Europe)
  • Fluent English and German language skills
