Location Wendenschloßstr. 350, 12557 Berlin, Germany Status Full-time, regular business trips Key duties and responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and leads for selling satellite capacities and add-on satellite services within in EMEA region and generate new business with prospective clients
  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle including prospecting, development of customer relationship, offer preparation and negotiation, up to closing new deals
  • Initiate prospective customer meetings and conduct sales presentations,
  • Prepare commercial offers and actively participate in preparation of high-volume bids
  • Participate in the development of future market and sales strategy of our company
  • Attend sales meetings and maintain up to date records on all sales activity
  • Participate in solving ad-hoc and ongoing commercial issues
  • Actively participate in exhibitions, road shows and other marketing campaigns and events
  • Deliver on set objectives to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Collaborate actively with other technical and operation team members
Skills
  • Significant previous sales experience in satellite communication industries and business
  • Sales driven personality with drive to succeed in a highly results driven environment
  • Ability to identify and develop new and creative prospects and channels for revenue generation and obtaining new business
  • Excellent communications and presentations skills; persuasive negotiator, both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent networking skills and the ability to build trusted and collaborative relationships with customers
  • Ability to work on own initiative, prioritize work and handle pressure
  • High level of cultural awareness and sensitivity, strong skills and experience to work in multicultural environment
  • Seeks to continually develop own knowledge and skills
  • Fluency in English language (verbal & written) essential, other fluent language skills, like French, would be an advantage
  • Professional usage of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
  • Team player and dedicated to your work
