Aufgaben

This Includes

Support of the current SAP ECC system as an in-house SAP consultant in the FI / CO modules for more than 30 subsidiaries (approx. 20%).
  • Process analysis and consulting
  • Change management: customising in the system and coordination of necessary developments with the developer team and documentation
  • Support and error analysis
  • Close cooperation with key users and specialist department
  • Good overview especially of FI legal requirements in the individual countries
A large part of the time is spent working on the current global digitization project for the implementation of a new S/4 Hana ERP system (approx. 80%).
  • Accompanying the project phases Build, Data Migration, Test, Training, Cutover, Go Live Support in several Go live waves
  • Close cooperation with an external implementation partner EY, the parent company in Japan and the business departments as well as the entire large project team.
Profil
  • Multiple years of experience with SAP ECC in FI/CO, ideally with S/4 Hana and SAP FIORI
  • At best SAP Solution Manager knowledge and understanding in CSV (Validation)
  • Very good understanding of Finance and Controlling processes
  • Knowledge in the areas of IFRS, RAR, CLM ACR and Document compliance would be desirable
  • Experiences with SAP BW and SAP COPA (incl. methods for allocation and automizing) as well as SAP CO (preferably production controlling) would be ideal
  • Project experience (rollout and FI specific projects such as FI interfaces to tax authorities etc.)
  • Good communication skills and fluency in English
