International 3D Artist (f/m/d)

Aufgaben
  • Design, develop and produce global educational 3D models and promotional high-quality renderings as well as required animations or simulations for new product launches
  • Deliver 3D master productions by collaborating closely with our senior instructional designers, virtual learning experts and the creative marketing team
  • Define efficient 3D production workflows for different applications/purposes with best possible synergies
  • Cover the complete development workflow from importing/modelling to export and provision of your motion/still renderings and assets
  • Be an ambassador for digitalization in learning and marketing and ensure innovation by evaluating promising future trends and technology
Profil
  • High level of self-organisation and project management in a fast-paced environment, enabling to accurately plan and estimate workload
  • In-depth knowledge in modelling, cleaning, texturing, shading and rendering of high-polygon and of low-polygon 3D models for technical and educational purposes (AR/VR) and associated animations
  • Experienced in converting 3D CAD files (stp, x_t, igs) into 3D models for the respective needs as a starting point of your 3D workflow
  • Passion for art fundamentals like compositions, shape language and color theory as well as for render engines to create breathtaking high-quality images
  • Publish-ready Adobe Photoshop and After Effects skills for compositing your still or motion renderings
  • Communicate and streamline the creative processes and deliver the ideal assets for their requirements
  • Enthusiastic about working in a global team with intercultural competence and the responsibility for global support coverage
