Proclinical are recruiting a Sales Rep Microbiology North Germany for a medical technology and devices organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Hamburg. The client is focused on improving the lives of many.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients within the field and manage customer’s problems expeditiously and professionally.
- You will develop and uphold a precise weekly prediction of sales projects corroborated by precise documentation and planned follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with marketing to solve customer conflicts by developing as well as executing tactics and solutions designed to improve the satisfaction of customers.
- The ideal candidate will drive the approved sales method and execute tactical closing action plans to meet area and country sales goals.
- Other duties may be assigned to this role.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Educated to a degree level in a science discipline, preferably biology.
- Various years of experience in similar positions with a focus on sales/acquisition/business development with capital equipment in the medical devices division.
- Familiarity with direct selling in a relevant field of microbiology.
- Expertise on Microbiology/Bacterial Identification /Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing as well as a proven track record in meeting and surpassing sales targets.
- Comprehension of the German healthcare system and IVD testing within a hospital setting and in the private section.
- Computer literacy in business management systems such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CRM tools.
- A valid driver’s licence.
- Fluency in the German and English languages.
- A self-starter who is a strong, credible, and dependable individual.
- Eager to be a trusted partner with clients.
- Results-focused with the ability to be creative and innovative.
- Presentation and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Able think analytically to resolve issues.
- Works well in a team.
- Appreciate working with diverse mentalities.
