In short

We are excited to offer the position of Account Sales Specialist to an entrepreneurial new member of On’s team in Germany. You will work mainly out of our Berlin office/hub with some travel ensuring the B2B partners you are working with can conduct our joint business in the easiest way possible and find ways to grow On in a brand first way. We are looking for a passionate and positive individual that helps to build a new way of working with our B2B partners and becomes an active part of our team and culture in the Berlin office.

Your Mission

  • Being responsible for the commercial success of the assigned group of B2B partners, including sell-in, business monitoring, identification of new business opportunities and collaboration with customer service and operations for smooth order book conversion
  • Onboarding and training B2B partners on B2B system usage and processes
  • Reporting and analysis of current business including financial and operational forecasting together with sales leadership, finance and sales planning
  • Active relationship management with our B2B partners
  • Administration and Data management in our CRM system
  • Close collaboration with the EMEA and Global Sales Enablement team to further improve processes and systems
Your story

  • At least 2-3 years experience within a retail related industry, ideally in footwear / fashion / consumer goods
  • A passion for developing the business with partners while developing a new business model and supporting systems and processes together with our Global and EMEA Sales Enablement team
  • Self-driven approach to organize the operational relationship management with our B2B partners, including meeting planning and execution, data analysis, activation & trainings, events
  • Ability to work with different sets of data for identification of additional business opportunities and ability to present compelling insights to internal stakeholders and B2B partners
  • Building and maintaining relationships is one of your strengths and helps you to effectively connect to our retail, media, and marketing partners
  • Ability to excite our B2B partners about the brand with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent to native German skills are a must (C2 level); English is required too
