In short

At On we don’t call it Customer Service - we’re Happiness Deliverers - and our team is growing! As a Key Account Services Representative, with a focus on Consignment Accounts in Germany, you will work closely with our partner retailers to make us a company known for excellent customer service as well as our superior products. You will be joining an energetic and collaborative team which is connected to our Account Services team all around the globe. Your job is supported by the latest technology, making it easy for you to deal with customer requests, as well as handling product data, and translating them into business actions.

Your Mission

  • You will be the first point of contact for our Consignment Key Accounts in The Netherlands and Belgium A.S Adventure & Bever, and be responsible for their requests via email and phone as well as managing their order book, delivery and invoicing. You will also support our own retail stores with their orders.
  • You will take the initiative to clarify open questions and issues by proactively connecting with our customers - always aiming for the best solution for all parties
  • You will work very closely with our sales and operations team
  • You will work on requests in our CRM-System (Salesforce) and ERP-System (D365) as well as communicating and cooperating with our external distribution centres.
  • You are committed to sharing your knowledge and experience with the team, as only united are we able to deliver customer service excellence
  • You will put your analytical skills to the test and find creative solutions that wow our customers
Your story

  • You bring 2+ years’ experience from a similar administrative / operational role (e.g. customer service in an office, buying, post-sales)
  • Experience with the Consignment operations model is an advantage
  • You are skilled in working with Microsoft Excel and G-Suite. Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics (or other CRM and ERP tools) is a plus
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building - team spirit is not a cliché for you but a must-have in your next role
  • You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo by identifying challenges and finding new solutions
  • You understand the needs and challenges our sporting goods retail partners are facing on a daily basis and you’re able to translate them into effective business actions for On
  • You enjoy working with people. As a communication expert, you are empathetic, patient, polite and you are flexible to react to different situations as they arise
  • You’re well organised and have great attention to detail. You’re able to work with complex information and prioritize even in hectic times
  • Your English skills are business fluent
  • No problem is too big for you, you enjoy putting your analytical skills to the test and finding creative solutions
